BRAIN-COMPUTER INTERFACE – Human Brain Targeting technologies were developed since WWII, and are fully working within some ‘special’ military units, including Slovakia.
Per Aaron Brown (Houdini) A Remote Neural Monitor is a neural imaging device patented in the early 1960s that allows an operator to remotely view a person’s electroencephalography or EEG from a distance. A person’s visual cortex, auditory, vibrational and tactical senses are read by a program that translates onto a screen to be deciphered by an operator. In other words the operator can see through your eyes, hear what you hear, feel what you feel and experience it without your knowledge or consent. Even a person’s most inner thoughts can be perceived and read by the operator. Each person alot like DNA, has their own unique frequency, the signal of a targeted person can be obtained by gangstalkers and organized crime to harass, torture and traffic humans, all from a distance. The remote neural monitor uses the microwave auditory effect to electronically harass the target by sending a microwave radio frequency signals to the inner ear, and is also known as V2K, the voice of God or the Frey Effect first discovered by Dr. Allen Frey. The Remote Neural Monitor can make unknowingly victims fall target to the microwave auditory effect and it can be passed off or mistaken as hearing voices, or other mental health concerns that the police, hospital staff and psychiatrists are not well aware of or trained in, but really it is from the source of the technology being used by gang stalkers or organized crime. It often targets the drug community because of the ability to ‘seduce’ the victim by using a special type of communication that combines thought with mental holographic like images, in hopes the target will do what the perpetrators are coaxing the victim to do, and is accomplished by inducing auditory hallucinations and verbal commands via the microwave auditory effect. This type of technology in the gangstalkers or organized crimes hands allows for torture and sexual enslavement to the owner/operator of the Remote Neural Monitor. Furthermore, since the device can see through the victims eyes, the images can be recorded or uploaded to the dark web for illegal profit or racketeering. The remote neural monitor can also use a brain to brain interface instead of the typical brain to computer interface in that which the operator can feel the tactile sense of touch and vibration of the target, making them have a sense of being the targeted person. The wireless microprocessor headsets under the scalp or inside the mouth can be joined together for users to participate as a group. As technology advances, so does the method of this illegal, unethical, and immoral use of it, often to exploit sex and torture from a distance.

It’s called various names:

For some people it is important first to understand a little how the Targeting Technology works! It targets Human Brain. (By Brain-Computer Interface Technology – remotely via (orbiting) satelites (like GPS).
Human brain (bio memory) is technically very similar to a PC (personal computer). They both store ‘data’ by electrons and commumicate by the electromagnetic signals (microwaves) :

Today, satelites can recognize various objects on earth by objects’ frequencies (e.g. military tank, car, but also grass, dog, or a person emit different frequencies.) The movie REMINISCENCE shows very similar technology. However, today, instead of the ‘circle’ (in the movie) there is a set of monitors (screens) viewing the TI’s BRAIN MAP and BRAIN MEMORY FOLDERS where every person stores ‘pictures and movies ‘recorded’ by persn’s eyes from the past’. It works similarly to any PC… Electrons are doing all the the work. Not too many people could imagine how a regular PC works…

I haven’t received particular response to my complains in regards to the Havana Syndrome (ref. Havana Act U.S.A. 2021) – Neurological Attacks by the microwave weapons/devices. In my opinion the Top Commanders of the military forces in Slovakia nor Canada are not informed well about the Havana Act.

What if the stalkers don’t want to stop?! The weapon is capable to target people! – It is necessary to be very carefull! The Slovak gang were able to disarm the police trying to stop them a couple of times! – to prove that they are the ‘strongest gang’. The Psychological weapon systems (ARE) very well protected by a well-hidden (special) military units. It is very difficult to control the military units. Police typically never enter the military units! PUBLIC SIMPLY DON’T KNOW…. There is not much help for TIs this way!!

In Canada there is a case where military police might be involved in this Crime:
I consider Slovak military gang a dangerous group. (It is armed conflict/offense: attack on civilians.)
SOLUTION: DISMISS THE ‘COMMANDERS’, DISMISS THE WHOLE UNITS!

Threats to peace
1, Whoever intends to incite peace in any way, incites war or otherwise supports war propaganda, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one to ten years.
2, An offender shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of ten to twenty-five years or by life imprisonment if he commits an act referred to in paragraph 1.
(a) in connection with a foreign power or a foreign agent
(b) as a member of a dangerous group
