The difference (from the movie) is that (Slovak) Brain-Computer Interface works remotely via satelites. There is no the 3D holographic circle, just set of monitors. No need for needle, no need for the bath-tub, no need for any chip nor mechanical device to be put on your head – like shown in the movie. Anybody can be targeted. Brain is targeted remotely – via military orbiting satelites. Once Targeted, TI’s brain obtain own Bio-ID and the TI is targeted separately without others knowing nor feeling it.

These technologies are fully working within some military units, including Slovakia. The Brain-Computer Interface has been developed similarly like personal computers (PC) technologies were developed.
In my case, these multi-milion technologies have been abused by legaly uneducated ‘soldiers’ – not respecting LAW – for slovak ‘tax-payers money’! (e.g. slovak ‘soldiers’ are harming innocent citizens for taxpayers’ money!)

The most evidence is possible to get from the Targeted Individuals (TI) themselves. Only TIs experience how the Brain-Computer technology works, and the em (microwave) torture. However TI’s might be embarrassed talk details or be blackmailed by their slavers, kidnappers…(remember: TI’S BIo-ID is literally controlled by the gang and this way TIs are BLACKMAILED!) Brain-Computer Interface. Similarly like in a PC all Brain Neurological System works or is controlled by the electromagnetic processes. New technologies are capable to map the proceses and simulate the processes in Human brain and human body.
Any doctor would say that all functions in human body are done by the electromagnetic signals that could be measured. Human body is controled by brain. The electromagnetic signal is sent from brain to the organs. Similarly the new technologies can send similar electromagnetic (em) signal to human organs.

Imagine your memory. You know, how some person looks like. (Your) Brain memory/neurons store ‘pictures’ from the past – to help a person recognize/compare things. The ethical problems today:
The targeting technology (psychological weapon systems) are in hands of Illegal military groups/gangs. Personnel is not legally educated, and is not scanning own memories, but abusing the capabilities of the psychological weapon systems for scanning and stealing memories of random people – Targetted Individuals (TIs) without any consents, nor any contracts.

My family has been targeted for approx. 14 years and tortured since Dec.2020 by Slovak group/gang Piciaks (they remind of to ‘Kyselinári’ Acid-men in Slovakia. It is possible also torture human body by the em waves…
Sometimes a military group/gang would declare themselves a government but the truth is that governments (public) might not even know and no Legal state (Rule of Law) is allowed to use such an inhumane weaponry in a Free Democratic Countries during the peace times.
Individuals/criminals tolerating the inhumane abuse, who would like to take over others’ lives are capable of doing such a crime! (e.g. in Slovakia – some of the ‘agents’ admitted, that they were former members of the forbidden communist STB…They took this way over some part of the military.)
The major problem is if the crime is done by military commanders. Regular soldier shall follow the orders. Othervise the soldier would be punished for runaway. Who can control/stop such commanders? (Higher commander) It takes for so long…Now they control part of the military. I am afraid they have some ‘HIGHERS GOALS’..

In my family case some military ‘agents’ mentioned (via V2K) a couple of times that some of them were members of the Slovak STB – banned communist state security. Now they control part of the military, and they blackmail others – not to talk! The group/gang don’t want to STOP IT! Logical explenation: Running weapon gives them a chance to blackmail/target others – ‘who do not agree’.. if someone wants to relieve the ‘secret’ where the weapons are located… I don’t know in what military facility they are located in Slovakia. TIs do not typically have access to it! Top politicians are often busy with other more important things ‘to promote and represent own country’, rather than talk negative. They could at least assign some people protecting Human Rights to review, and resolve such problems in own country.
