BRAIN-COMPUTER INTERFACE – Human Brain Targeting technologies were developed since WWII, and are fully working within some ‘special’ military units, including Slovakia.
Per Aaron Brown (Houdiny) A Remote Neural Monitor is a neural imaging device patented in the early 1960s that allows an operator to remotely view a person’s electroencephalography or EEG from a distance. A person’s visual cortex, auditory, vibrational and tactical senses are read by a program that translates onto a screen to be deciphered by an operator. In other words the operator can see through your eyes, hear what you hear, feel what you feel and experience it without your knowledge or consent. Even a person’s most inner thoughts can be perceived and read by the operator. Each person alot like DNA, has their own unique frequency, the signal of a targeted person can be obtained by gangstalkers and organized crime to harass, torture and traffic humans, all from a distance. The remote neural monitor uses the microwave auditory effect to electronically harass the target by sending a microwave radio frequency signals to the inner ear, and is also known as V2K, the voice of God or the Frey Effect first discovered by Dr. Allen Frey. The Remote Neural Monitor can make unknowingly victims fall target to the microwave auditory effect and it can be passed off or mistaken as hearing voices, or other mental health concerns that the police, hospital staff and psychiatrists are not well aware of or trained in, but really it is from the source of the technology being used by gang stalkers or organized crime. It often targets the drug community because of the ability to ‘seduce’ the victim by using a special type of communication that combines thought with mental holographic like images, in hopes the target will do what the perpetrators are coaxing the victim to do, and is accomplished by inducing auditory hallucinations and verbal commands via the microwave auditory effect. This type of technology in the gangstalkers or organized crimes hands allows for torture and sexual enslavement to the owner/operator of the Remote Neural Monitor. Furthermore, since the device can see through the victims eyes, the images can be recorded or uploaded to the dark web for illegal profit or racketeering. The remote neural monitor can also use a brain to brain interface instead of the typical brain to computer interface in that which the operator can feel the tactile sense of touch and vibration of the target, making them have a sense of being the targeted person. The wireless microprocessor headsets under the scalp or inside the mouth can be joined together for users to participate as a group. As technology advances, so does the method of this illegal, unethical, and immoral use of it, often to exploit sex and torture from a distance.

Human brain (bio memory) is technically very similar to a PC (personal computer). They both store ‘data’ by electrons:

A. Regular PC: First computers could hardly expres Text, later Pictures, Sounds, other Data… All is stored by electrons in PC/HW memory. Once stored, all the Data could be extracted and/or remotely sent by electrons and electromagnetic waves to another PC or device…Doesn’t it sound SCI-FI that electrons can do such thing?!
B: Human Brain Bio-Memory (system of neurons) is also capable to store Text, Pictures, Songs, Lyrics, other Data by electrons – literally similar way as PC… There is the technology capable to access and extract the memories. It is definitely not SCI-FI for at least 15 years.

NO HELP TO TURN IT OFF, because all ‘legally’ educated (public) people think it is ‘impossible’ and it is a conspiracy theory! Stalkers (military) mafia make money to show ‘the futuristic technology’ to others against our will! …and cause further remote Torture and Inhumane Experiments!
‘Military Agents’ realize that they are being stalkers and criminals themselves. They are not bringing it to public – not to be blamed / imprisoned. They are not going to report on themselves…It is a ‘perfect’ way how to hide the stalkers and the Targeting technology.
The major problem is if the crime is done by military commanders. Regular soldier shall follow the orders. Othervise the soldier would be punished for runaway. Who can control/stop such commanders? (a Higher commander). It takes for so long…Now they control part of the military. I am afraid they have some ‘HIGHERS GOALS’..
Individuals/criminals tolerating the inhumane abuse, who would like to take over others’ lives are capable of doing such a crime! (e.g. in Slovakia – some of the ‘agents’ admitted, that they were former members of the forbidden communist STB…They took this way over some part of the military.)
IT WOULD BE ABSURD TO HAVE IT IN SOME MILITARY SCHOOLS…It must be some dormitory – the harassment is during weekends, at nights…24/7.

No one can look at someone’s privacy. If somebody wants to show to others that such ‘futuristic’ tech.exists, they can show their own memories.
The problems today is:
The targeting technology (psychological weapon systems) are in the hands of illegal military groups and gangs. No one (no civilian) controls on military units. Personnel is not scanning their own memories, but memories of random people – Targetted Individuals (TI) without any consents, contracts.

My family has been targeted for approx.14 years by Slovak gang. We have been in the Virtual Concentration Camp longer than anybody during WWII.

HOW TO STOP THE GANG?
Top commanders have to give the order/command to ‘soldiers’ TO STOP THE ELECTROMAGNETIC HARASSMENT or to disolve such units abusing the Human Rights.
What if the stalkers don’t want to stop?! The weapon is capable to target people! – It is necessary to be very carefull! The Slovak gang were able to disarm the police trying to stop them a couple of times! – to prove that they are the ‘strongest gang’. It is necessary to use the dogs, rather than people, or some artificial tools, rather than human force – to disarm the stalker gang!
The problem is that they don’t want to stop it! WHY?! (Do they make money?! How?!)
They make money by presenting the ‘futuristic’ technology, by presenting TIs brains and privacy, sex & human trafficking…blackmailing the ‘soldiers who don’t like to do the crime…maybe other ‘higher’ ‘political’ intents?!

It means, by locatizing the satelite technologies in the country, any National Criminal Agency could potentially locate the criminals.
