 A Remote Neural Monitor is a neural  imaging device patented in the early 1960s that allows an operator to remotely view a person’s electroencephalography or EEG from a distance. A person’s visual cortex, auditory, vibrational and tactical senses are read by a program that translates onto a screen to be deciphered by an operator. In other words the operator can see through your eyes, hear what you hear, feel what you feel and experience it without your knowledge or consent. Even a person’s most inner thoughts can be perceived and read by the operator. Each person alot like DNA, has their own unique frequency, the signal of a targeted person can be obtained by gangstalkers and organized crime to harass, torture and traffic humans, all from a distance. The remote neural monitor uses the microwave auditory effect to electronically harass the target by sending a microwave radio frequency signals to the inner ear, and is also known as V2K, the voice of God or the Frey Effect first discovered by Dr. Allen Frey. The Remote Neural Monitor can make unknowingly victims fall target to the microwave auditory effect and it can be passed off or mistaken as hearing voices, or other mental health concerns that the police, hospital staff and psychiatrists are not well aware of or trained in, but really it is from the source of the technology being used by gang stalkers or organized crime. It often targets the drug community because of the ability to ‘seduce’ the victim by using a special type of communication that combines thought with mental holographic like images, in hopes the target will do what the perpetrators are coaxing the victim to do, and is accomplished by inducing auditory hallucinations and verbal commands via the microwave auditory effect. This type of technology in the gangstalkers or organized crimes hands allows for torture and sexual enslavement to the owner/operator of the Remote Neural Monitor. Furthermore, since the device can see through the victims eyes, the images can be recorded or uploaded to the dark web for illegal profit or racketeering. The remote neural monitor can also use a brain to brain interface instead of the typical brain to computer interface in that which the operator can feel the tactile sense of touch and vibration of the target, making them have a sense of being the targeted person. The wireless microprocessor headsets under the scalp or inside the mouth can be joined together for users to participate as a group. As technology advances, so does the method of this illegal, unethical, and immoral use of it, often to exploit sex and torture from a distance.

• Wilfully depriving a prisoner of war or other protected person of the rights of fair and regular trial;
• Attacking (or bombarding) towns, villages, dwellings or building which are undefended and which are not military infrastructure;
• Unlawful deportation or transfer or unlawful confinement;
• Taking hostages. (TI once targeted becomes a permanent hostage in the system)

IT IS ENOUGH FOR LIFE IMPRISONMENT.

Ref.Guidelines(2010): Preventing Torture:

‘The  prohibition  of  torture  is  absolute  and  can  never  be  justified  in  any  circumstance.  This  prohibition is  non-derogable,  which  means  that  a  State  is  not  permitted  to  temporarily  limit  the  prohibition  on torture  under  any  circumstance  whatsoever,  whether  a  state  of  war,  internal  political  instability  or  any other  public  emergency.  Further,  the  prohibition  of  torture  is  also  recognized  as  a  peremptory  norm  of international  law,  or  jus  cogens.  In  other  words,  it  overrides  any  inconsistent  provision  in  another  treaty or customary law.’

The  Convention  also  specifically  states  that  any  public  official  who  carries  out  torture  –  or  who  orders it  or  fails  to  prevent  it  –  is  guilty  of  a  crime  and  that  acting  under  orders  is  no  defence  to  the  crime. The  Convention  provides  for  an  absolute  prohibition  of  torture  that  cannot  be  suspended  under  any circumstances.

TARGETING is TORTURE ITSELF!

Exact wording of § 417 of the Slovak Criminal Code

Threats to peace

1, Whoever intends to incite peace in any way, incites war or otherwise supports war propaganda, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one to ten years.

2, An offender shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of ten to twenty-five years or by life imprisonment if he commits an act referred to in paragraph 1.

(a) in connection with a foreign power or a foreign agent

(b) as a member of a dangerous group

Suggestion to the police or to National Criminal agencies of some clues how to uncover the military gangs:

• 85 thousand communist ŠTBs were in Slovakia (one in each 15th family!!! Math: 5 million (population) ÷ 85 thousand (ŠTB) = 60 people. (1ŠTB per 60 people ÷ 4 = 1ŠTB per 15 families!!!) Communist ŠTB was then abolished by the law: Lustračný zákon. (Where did all the 85.000 ŠTB go?!!!)
• Some also ‘worked’ for Hitler (1st SR)
• Some worked for Communists,
• Some sent people to Concentration camps…
• Communists violated human rights and restricted freedoms!
• Now: ŠTB control the ‘Virtual Concentration camp’ (Brain-Computer Interface and they do the inhumane experiments on people!) They admitted it!
• STB also established kind a ‘school’/lab for the violation of Human Rights – ‘Piciaks’ !!! They did it most probably without government knowledge.

10 points of the Nuremberg Code – avoiding illegal Inhumane experinents on people.

1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment. The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.^[13]
2. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
3. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.
4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
7. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
8. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
9. During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.
10. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
